On April 20, 2026, MONA began moving its own company to AI-native operations. Whatever worked inside MONA is what MONA AI now brings to clients. Every cycle follows the same four steps.

We sit down with the owner and department heads. Together we trace the path of one order, one customer and one contract. Every point where people retype data or wait on each other goes on the list.

We never change the whole company at once. We pick one task that repeats every day and can be measured. Quoting returning customers or answering messages after hours are typical choices.

How MONA operates
Built with Claude
The MONA team works with Claude Code and the Claude API every day. Claude plans the work and holds the final quality gate. Agents do the hands-on work. People read the reports and make the decisions.
Claude plans and checks quality
Every task starts with a plan and a written brief from Claude. When an agent delivers, Claude reviews the work against MONA's standards. Nothing reaches a client before it passes that review.
Agents write code and build pages
Agents running on Claude Code write code, build web pages and report progress step by step. The person in charge reads each report, then approves or comments.
An AI agent runs our inbox
MONA AI's own mailboxes, including info@ and agent@, are handled by an AI agent. It reads incoming mail, filters out automated messages and drafts replies. A person approves each reply before it is sent.
This website was built by Claude Code
Claude Code built monaai.vn, configured its DNS, set up its mailboxes and deployed it to the server. Everything runs on MONA Cloud, a Vietnamese agentic cloud that agents control through MCP.

On April 20, 2026, MONA started moving its own operations to AI-native. MONA AI was set up to bring that same method to other companies. It officially began operating on August 6, 2026.
